This document establishes the rules that Chrom AD, EIK 828049769, with headquarters and management address in the city of Silistra, 18 Tutrakan Street, applies to the users of the website https://www.chrom.bg.
What this document regulates
From May 25, 2018, the General Regulation of the European Union for the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) began to be applied in Bulgaria. Its purpose is to guarantee the right to privacy of natural persons and to protect their personal data.

What data we use and why we use it
"CHROME" JSC uses an external standard service from Google Analytics, with which it reports visits to the website, tracks the behavior of website visitors, and this becomes anonymous. For this purpose, Google Analytics uses your IP address, which in many cases may be shared with other users of your Internet provider.
On our site, you can be identified after entering any data by yourself in the feedback forms on the site, through which you send your inquiries or orders and recommendations to us. In order to respond to your messages, according to the new rules we need your express consent to send your data to us. For this purpose, before sending your messages, we ask you to agree to the sending.
"CHROME" JSC uses the name and e-mail you send only and solely for the purpose of responding to your messages, such as to send you an answer to a query when you have requested it or to clarify an order.
We do not send e-mail newsletters with commercial or other advertising messages, nor do we use your names or e-mail for any other purpose.
Storing and sharing your data
"CHROME" JSC does not store the data provided by you in any databases, on the hosting server or on other devices.
We do not share, disclose or sell the data you receive to third parties or companies.
Data collected by reading cookies

This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Declaration may be amended or supplemented due to changes in the applicable legislation, at the initiative of ChROM AD, our visitors and customers, as well as a competent authority such as the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
